LOUIE LLAMA'S OUTREACH PLAN 2002 -2012 "As A CARTOON hero in my book, I fight to save kidnapped children. In the real world, I fight for children's rights to grow up drug free. It's serious stuff. School children can get hooked at an early age. Could they be your children or your neighbor's? As most everyone knows, Cartoon characters have both entertainment and public service powers. Two prime examples are: Mickey Mouse and Smokey Bear, reespectively. With the public's support, I have a plan to use cartoon powerto do the job. My 'smart ads' program would deliver TV pevention messages on street and prescription drugs. These messages coild also target childhood obesity in children which would support ongoing prevention program fpr children in America."

BLOG "MY NATIONAL OUTREACH PLAN TO FIGHT DEALERS ANDPRESCRIPTION DRUG ABUSE BY CHILDREN. " It's based on my drug Pprevention work. This requires team support to get the job done. I appeal to you to join my team and help my campaign.The funds are needed to meet overhead expenses, and to seek a Congressional grant for a three-year trial program. The grant would be used to produce and distribute TV spot ads with prevention messages targeting both street and prescription drugs for school kids. Distribution of ads would be through ad agencies.The spot ads would be created by a focus group including members of the P.T.A., Language Americas's staff, invitees, parents, and children from participating schools."
